The month of June brings overwhelming monsoons in most parts of Asian countries relieving everyone from hot and humid summers. The beginning of June is also ideal for making travel plans to Cambodia since the temperatures are moderate with gloomy skies which makes it easier to walk amidst ancient ruins.

We also experienced less crowds and almost no crowd at several places except for Angkor which is full of people throughout the year. But it was totally worth it. We loved the afternoon showers as they always left cool breeze in the atmosphere which enhanced our wandering episodes everyday.
